AFC Energy PLC (AIM:AFC, OTC:AFGYF) has confirmed that John Wilson has formally taken on the role of chief executive effective Monday (January 6). Gary Bullard, who served as interim CEO, will assist with the transition and continue as the company's non-executive chairman.
