A Tesla Cybertruck packed with fuel canisters and fireworks exploded outside the Trump Hotel in Las Vegas, killing the driver and injuring seven others with minor injuries.
Authorities revealed the vehicle, rented in Colorado, arrived shortly before the explosion, which occurred near the hotel entrance.
Footage showed fireworks igniting as the truck burst into flames. Investigators later discovered gas canisters and firework remnants in the charred vehicle.
Authorities are probing potential links to an earlier New Orleans attack that killed 15, as well as any connections to President-elect Donald Trump or Tesla owner Elon Musk.
The FBI is treating the incident as a possible act of terrorism but has yet to confirm any such ties.
