Nevada Lithium to begin trading on TSX Venture Exchange on Dec 31

Nevada Lithium Resources Inc (CSE:NVLH, OTCQB:NVLHF) announced on Friday that its shares will start trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) on December 31.

CEO Stephen Rentschler called the listing “an important step” that demonstrates corporate maturation consistent with the development of the Bonnie Claire lithium project.

“A TSXV listing is a logical step in helping Nevada Lithium unlock shareholder value in what we believe to be one of the world’s greatest undeveloped lithium resources,” Rentschler said in a statement.

Nevada Lithium holds a 100% interest in the Bonnie Claire Lithium Project in Nye County, Nevada, which the company describes as one of the largest undeveloped lithium resources globally.

An updated Mineral Resource Estimate (NI 43-101 Technical Report) filed earlier this month highlights significant lithium and boron reserves. The high-grade Lower Zone of the deposit includes an Indicated Resource of 275.85 million tonnes (Mt) grading 3,519 parts per million (ppm) lithium, equivalent to 5.167 million tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE). The Inferred Resource totals 1,561.06 Mt grading 3,085 ppm lithium (25.634 Mt LCE).

Exploration efforts in 2023 and 2024 added to the resource base, with drill holes intersecting high-grade lithium mineralization of up to 7,160 ppm.

The company plans additional drilling to upgrade Inferred Resources to Indicated, with a revised Preliminary Economic Assessment expected by the end of the first quarter of 2025.

Rentschler emphasized that the TSXV listing aligns with Nevada Lithium’s goals of unlocking shareholder value and increasing market recognition for its lithium resource.

The company will retain its ticker symbol “NVLH,” and its current shares will be delisted from the Canadian Securities Exchange.
