Charbone Hydrogen announces board transition

Charbone Hydrogen Corporation (TSX-V:CH, OTCQB:CHHYF) has announced the appointment of Denis Crevier to its board.

Crevier brings over 40 years of experience as an executive, corporate director, and senior advisor in the development, financing, and management of multisector infrastructure projects, the company said.

His career includes prominent roles with AtkinsRéalis (formerly SNC-Lavalin) and strategic advisory work for organizations such as the G20 Global Infrastructure Hub, SOFIAC, and Plan A Capital.

Charbone said Crevier brings “remarkable complementary experience” to its board.

Crevier replaces Mena Beshay, who the company said is leaving to focus on his other professional responsibilities. The company thanked Beshay for his efforts and wished him success.

“Mena was highly instrumental during his term, especially in the past year, as Charbone secured the recently announced convertible debenture and closed over $1.8 million in equity financings,” the company said.
