Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF) CEO Evan Gappelberg shared an optimistic outlook for 2025 in a letter to investors, telling shareholders the company is “well-positioned to achieve profitability” with its 3D modeling business.
The company produced and delivered around 25,000 3D models and millions of augmented reality (AR) experiences during 2024.
In the letter, Gappelberg noted that as of September 30, 2024, Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF) reported year-to-date revenue of $2.9 million and a gross profit of $1.88 million.
By the third quarter of 2024, the firm had a gross profit margin of 71%.
Among its key technological advancements during the year was the launch of FOTOgpt, an AI photography tool integrated into Toggle Studio. The company plans to offer an investor demo of this and other integrations in January 2025.
Gappelberg also outlined its major migration project to AWS, expected to be completed by Q1 2025, which will enhance the platform’s scalability and performance. Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF) has reduced expenses significantly in 2024 and does not anticipate raising additional capital for general corporate purposes in the near future.
“We are well-positioned to achieve profitability in our 3D modeling business in 2025, driven by enhanced AI automation and operational efficiency,” Gappelberg said.
“Alongside this, we are building strategic new AI technologies that have potential to further the business in the coming year.
“As we look toward 2025, our focus remains on leveraging AI automation, strengthening our SME business, and expanding into new opportunities powered by AI-driven innovation.”
