Next week brings key events for water companies and in Boohoo's boardroom showdown with Frasers.
First though, Hollywood Bowl and Buznl will offer up updates on Tuesday after a quiet Monday.
Both are expected to detail positive trading, with the bowling operator having previously signalled that full-year results would outdo market expectations.
Wednesday then brings inflation data from the UK as part of a busy week on the macroeconomic front, which will also see interest rate decisions on both sides of the Atlantic.
Serco's update follows on Thursday, with Ofwat's decision on regulatory controls for the coming five years set to place water firms in focus.
Boohoo's spat with Frasers over the latter's efforts to appoint Mike Ashley to its board will then culminate with a key shareholder vote on Friday, while Carnival closes off the week for company updates.
