Cordiant Digital chairman buys another hefty chunk of shares

Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Ltd (LSE:CORD) chairman and co-founder Steven Marshall has purchased one million shares in the telco mast specialist at an average price of 90.7p.

Following this purchase, Marshall owns a total of 11,695,425 ordinary shares.

It is the second significant share purchase this month by Marshall, who bought around 170,000 shares at 88.1p on 3 December.

The number of ordinary shares held by directors and the Investment Manager now represents 1.95% of Cordiant’s issued shares, said the statement.
