Artemis Resources Ltd (ASX:ARV, AIM:ARV, OTCQB:ARTTF) has halted trading in its shares on the Australian Securities Exchange effective from Thursday 12 December 2024 while it undertakes a capital raising book build.
The funds are being raised to undertake further exploration work, including on its gold projects, and for general working capital purposes.
The ASX trading halt is expected to remain in place until the earlier of the release of an announcement or the commencement of trading on 16 December 2024.
