Celsius Resources Ltd (ASX:CLA, AIM:CLA) has raised £350,000 through a placing at 0.4p a share with an attached one-for-two warrant exercisable at 0.5p.
The placing price is a 16% discount to Monday’s closing share price with the shares issued via a bookbuild issue organised by Zeus Capital.
Shares issued in the placing represent 3.29% of the enlarged issued capital with the money to be used for general working capital purposes, said the Philippines-focused copper and gold explorer.
