Greencoat UK Wind PLC (LSE:UKW) has announced changes to its agreement with investment manager Schroders Greencoat LLP, effective January 1. While the fees and rates charged for managing the company’s investments will stay the same, the way these fees are calculated will now use the lower value of either the company’s market value or its net assets. Other minor changes have also been made to the agreement.
