Supermarket Income REIT PLC (LSE:SUPR, OTC:SUPIF) has confirmed it will gain a secondary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange starting December 13 following the publication of its pre-listing announcement.
The company, known for its inflation-linked income from grocery property investments, will not issue new shares and will remain quoted on the London Stock Exchange.
The secondary listing aims to enhance the liquidity of its shares and attract a more diverse shareholder base.
