ONAR CEO talks healthcare acquisitions and growth – ICYMI

ONAR (OTCQB:RELT) earlier this week shared insights into its latest acquisition and future growth strategy.

Speaking at NobleCon in Boca Raton, Florida, CEO Claude Zdanow discussed the company’s acquisition of VMed, a healthcare marketing business, now rebranded as Of Kos.

The company said it was drawn to VMed's recurring revenue model and niche in B2B healthcare marketing, serving hospitals and doctors.

Zdanow explained that the rebranding to Of Kos, referencing the Hippocratic Oath, reflects its commitment to healthcare and wellness. He highlighted that this move positions ONAR (OTCQB:RELT) in sectors such as anti-aging and wellness, which the company sees as resilient and poised for long-term growth.

Zdanow also outlined plans to enhance Of Kos by integrating expertise from ONAR’s other business, Storia, to expand marketing services while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. He emphasized the growing importance of wellness and telemedicine post-Covid, calling it a “core part” of its strategy.

While not disclosing specifics, Zdanow noted that ONAR is actively pursuing additional mergers and acquisitions to expand its portfolio and verticals. The company told investors it remains focused on leveraging strategic opportunities to drive growth.
