ImmuPharma PLC (AIM:IMM) has appointed Ashley Clarke as its company secretary, effective immediately. Clarke, who has worked closely with the company’s accounts for several years through outsourced accountants, is also the CFO.
Her familiarity with ImmuPharma’s operations positions her to support strategic financial growth and maintain strong fiscal management, the company said.
