EMV Capital (AIM:EMVC) plc has raised £880,000 from new and existing shareholders via a share subscription of new shares at 50p each. As announced earlier today, EMV also launched a retail offer through the Winterflood Retail Access platform to raise up to £620,000. The retail offer will close by end of play tomorrow.
