Midnight Sun Mining Corp (TSX-V:MMA, OTCQB:MDNGF) announced a mutual agreement with KoBold Metals to extend the longstop date of their earn-in agreement to December 20, 2024.
Both companies are working together to complete the final condition precedent and expect to finish it before the amended date.
Midnight Sun is focused on its Solwezi project in Zambia, a highly prospective area near major copper mines, including First Quantum’s Kansanshi Mine.
