Sidney Resources announced that it has raised more than $8 million in funding.
The mining exploration company said the majority of the funds have been secured, with the remaining contributions from investors in the final stages of completion
The funds will be used to support the company’s expansion, notably the construction of a modern milling and processing facility, designed to handle increased throughput, improve operational efficiency, and adhere to high environmental sustainability standards.
Sidney Resources CEO Sean-Rae Zalewski described the milestone as a “pivotal moment” for the company.
