Orthocell expands Remplir™ sales to Singapore

Orthocell expands Remplir™ sales to Singapore

Orthocell Ltd (ASX:OCC, OTC:ORHHF) CEO Paul Anderson joins Proactive’s Tylah Tully to discuss a distribution agreement the company has signed with Device Technologies Asia (DT Asia) to exclusively market and distribute its nerve repair device, Remplir™, in Singapore.

This marks the product’s first major international expansion beyond Australia and New Zealand, supported by recent regulatory approval from Singapore’s Health Sciences Authority. Initial sales are expected in Q1 2025.

Singapore’s strategic position as a medical hub and gateway to ASEAN markets is a critical step in Orthocell’s global strategy.

DT Asia will leverage its established relationships with plastic reconstructive and orthopaedic surgeons as well as its expertise in medical marketing and education, to promote Remplir™.

Anderson highlighted the successful partnership with Device Technologies in Australia and New Zealand and expressed confidence in its extension to Singapore.

The company is targeting the US$3.5 billion global nerve repair market and progressing regulatory approvals in other key regions, including the US, Canada and Europe.

Orthocell is well-funded, with A$35 million in cash and no debt, ensuring resources for continued international expansion.

FDA approval for the US market is anticipated in early 2025 following a 510(K) submission.
