Aldoro Resources Ltd (ASX:ARN) is maintaining a solid pace with preparations for a maiden 2,000-metre drilling program at the Kameelburg REE and Niobium Project in Namibia which is expected to begin in the next two weeks.
Both diamond drill rigs, the Nock 300 and Nock 600, along with drill rods and consumables have arrived at the project and the rigs have been commissioned.
These diamond rigs have crawler flexibility and the construction of tracks to the drill pads is 70% complete.
Sufficient water
Water bores, storage tanks, high-pressure pipelines and solar pumping installations have been completed.
This infrastructure will supply water to be used for the drilling operations in addition to providing the local community with an improved ability to access to water for stock and local farming operations.
It also allows for prompt expansion of the drilling program should results warrant an expansion beyond the initial 2,000 metres.

Community engaged
Aldoro continues to engage and involve the local community where possible with this process including approval to allow drilling operations to occur on a 24-hour basis and the employment of local community members to assist with the drilling program.
The company’s geology resources have been bolstered with the appointment of three new geologists to assist in logging and drill core review.
An expanded pre-drill trenching program is nearing completion with this work expected to conclude this week.
Data will then be cross-referenced with the assays from the rock chip sampling programs to confirm the final drill hole locations.
