HIVE Digital Technologies (TSX-V:HIVE, NASDAQ:HIVE) announced that it has received endorsements from independent proxy advisory firms Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) and Glass Lewis, which recommend that shareholders vote in favor of all resolutions at HIVE’s upcoming Annual General and Special Meeting on December 11, 2024.
The meeting will be held at 11:00 am Pacific Time in Vancouver, BC. Shareholders are encouraged to vote early, with a proxy voting deadline of December 9, 2024, due to the current Canada Post strike.
