Boohoo Group PLC (AIM:BOO) said it has received support from its banks for its refinancing plans, which has seen it raised over £39 million from issuing new shares.
The consent of its lenders was one of the final conditions of its fundraising
Admission of the news to trading is expected at the start of tomorrow's London session.
CEO Dan Finley said completing the fundraising was "further evidence of the decisive steps that we have taken" since his predecessor parted ways with the company and a business review was unveiled.
"I now look forward to driving the business review forward and maximising value for all shareholders and the completion of this process gives us a great platform to do so," he said.
Chair Tim Morris, who was appointed last week as founder Mahmud Kamani moved to vice chair, said the support of the banking syndicate meant "we now have a strong foundation from which to unlock and maximise shareholder value for all shareholders".
