Sirius Real Estate Limited (LSE:SRE, JSE:SRE, OTC:SRRLF) said its chief executive Andrew Coombs bought £3.27 million worth of shares in the company after its results earlier this week.
Coombs bought 1.12 million shares via his SIPP at a price of 87.8p, plus 2.4 million at 87.27p and 220,000 at 87.8p.
Following these purchases, he owns a 11.66 million shares, representing a stake of 0.77% in the company.
On Monday, Sirius reported a notable increases in both net asset value and funds from operations in the first half of its financial year, which it said reflected ongoing efforts in asset management and portfolio optimisation.
