Imaging Biometrics (IB), a subsidiary of IQ-AI Ltd (LSE:IQAI, OTCQB:IQAIF), has extended its partnership with GE HealthCare to broaden access to its advanced imaging technology.
Under the renewed agreement, GE HealthCare will distribute IB’s IB Neuro and IB Delta T1 platforms to existing and new customers.
The two imaging tools are designed to help doctors diagnose, plan, and track treatment for brain tumour patients.
IB Delta T1 creates detailed maps to highlight areas of contrast enhancement in the brain, while IB Neuro uses magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to produce perfusion maps that measure blood flow in the brain.
These tools can help identify whether the cancer is growing back or if changes are related to treatment.
The maps are automated and allow for easy comparison over time, giving doctors critical information to assess how the disease responds to treatment.
