Cerro de Pasco Resources (CSE:CDPR, OTC:GPPRF) announced that it has filed an amended offering document for its brokered private placement, aiming to raise $15 million through the sale of units.
The offering includes a $10 million LIFE Offering under the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption and a $5 million concurrent private placement.
Each unit, priced at $0.30, consists of one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant, which can be exercised at $0.50 per share for two years.
The funds will support exploration at the Quiulacocha Tailings Project in Peru and general corporate purposes.
It is expected the private placement will close on November 25, 2024.
