Giyani Metals Corp (TSX-V:EMM, OTC:CATPF) announced that all resolutions were passed at its November 15, 2024 annual meeting.
CEO Charles FitzRoy joined the board and shareholders approved the auditors and the omnibus long-term incentive plan.
