Fineqia CFO on bridging digital assets with traditional finance - ICYMI

Earlier this week, Fineqia International Inc (CSE:FNQ, OTC:FNQQF) announced significant advancements in its mission to bridge the traditional finance and digital asset sectors. CFO Warren Sergeant shared with Proactive that Fineqia's third-quarter revenue growth was largely driven by demand for its advisory services in tokenization and blockchain integration, with strategic partnerships growing across various sectors.

A key factor in this growth was a large project involving a London-based financing firm, where Fineqia enabled the tokenization of niche assets typically inaccessible to average investors. By using blockchain technology, Fineqia can democratize access to these assets, broadening investment opportunities across the spectrum.

A substantial issue in the digital asset world is the liquidity problem, particularly outside the larger ecosystems like Bitcoin, according to Sergeant. He explained that Fineqia is positioned as a bridge between the traditional finance and digital asset markets, helping organizations integrate blockchain technology with established financial assets. The company aims to support blockchain developers and traditional finance entities alike in harnessing real-world assets within a blockchain framework.

Investor confidence in Fineqia’s strategy is reflected in its recent private placement, which raised CAD $2.1 million—40% above the initial target of $1.5 million. Sergeant highlighted that Fineqia is planning to launch a series of digital asset exchange-traded notes (ETNs) in Europe, broadening its reach beyond popular assets like Bitcoin and Ethereum.

He stated, "We anticipate high demand for our ETNs, which will include a wider range of asset classes than what is currently available from larger issuers."
