M2i Global expands with new Ethereum-based entity - ICYMI

M2i Global (OTC:MTWO) CEO Alberto Rosende talked with Proactive about the company's strategic expansion into cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. During the interview, Rosende explained how M2i Global (OTC:MTWO) plans to utilize Ethereum as both a treasury asset and a blockchain platform. According to Rosende, "Ethereum's blockchain structure allows for transparency," which is crucial for M2i’s goal to build a transparent and traceable strategic metal reserve for the U.S. government.

Rosende also highlighted Ethereum’s decentralized ledger system, which will help M2i Global maintain reliable proof of material provenance across the supply chain.

Proactive: Welcome back inside our Proactive newsroom. Joining me now is Alberto Rosende, the CEO of M2i Global. Alberto, great to see you again. How are you?

Alberto Rosende: Excellent, Steve. Excellent. Busy as always but great to see you.

Glad to hear it! You’ve made a pretty interesting announcement about forming a new entity focused on Ethereum. Can you give us some background on why Ethereum is so important?

Sure. Ethereum is vital because it brings us into the cryptocurrency environment, which is key to today’s online ecosystem. Ethereum’s blockchain structure supports building functionality directly on the platform, offering great transparency. For us, transparency is essential as we’re building a strategic metal reserve, and Ethereum’s structure allows us to track material provenance across the supply chain.

So, with Ethereum, your goal is to ensure the entire supply chain remains transparent and traceable?

Absolutely. The decentralized nature of Ethereum’s ledgers makes it easier to provide proof of origin throughout the supply chain as we establish a strategic metal reserve for the U.S. government. Ethereum enables us to monitor material locations consistently, which is a critical function for us.

I understand this will be a second entity within M2i Global. Does it involve acquiring Ethereum to help fund the initiative?

Yes, that's correct. We're looking to use Ethereum similarly to how some companies use cryptocurrency as a treasury asset. We believe this model will provide new funding opportunities and help support self-funding through the Ethereum platform, which will serve both as a treasury asset and the blockchain for our logistics.

So, will this be fully operational in 2025?

Yes, we’re aiming for a 2025 launch. We're currently working out the logistics and structure. With guidance from other companies and help from our attorneys, we’re developing a roadmap to bring this to fruition by then.

One last thing—there’s a new administration in the U.S. with President-elect Donald Trump. He’s spoken positively about cryptocurrency. Does this shift help M2i Global?

We think so. The SEC recently ruled that cryptocurrency won’t be treated as a security, which is favorable for us. Overall, the economic and regulatory conditions are looking right for leveraging cryptocurrency as part of our long-term strategy.

Well, Alberto, congratulations on this venture! We’re looking forward to seeing how it develops. Thanks for your time.

I appreciate your time.
