Filament Health Corp (NEO:FH, OTCQB:FLHLF) reported its financial and operational results for the third quarter, notably strengthening its intellectual portfolio.
The natural psychedelic drug development company had 12 patents accepted by IP Australia related to the development of botanical psychedelic drugs, five by the Canadian Intellectual Property Office and three by the US Patent and Trademark Office.
The company saw total revenues of approximately $426,000 for Q3, which ended on September 30, 2024.
Cash used in operating activities was about $1.8 million and it excited the quarter with cash and cash equivalents of about $878,000.
"This quarter we continued to grow our position as the premier global supplier of cGMP botanical psilocybin," Filament Health CEO Benjamin Lightburn said in a statement.
"We were pleased to announce a significant expansion of our intellectual property portfolio, with the issuance of 20 new patents in the US, Canada, and Australia, ensuring the protection of our drug candidates and IP."
