Doubleview Gold Corp (TSX-V:DBG, OTCQB:DBLVF) announced the closing of its non-brokered private placement, securing $4.03 million in flow-through funds.
The Vancouver-based mineral exploration company noted that this surpassed its initial target.
The placement includes 8,389,583 flow-through shares priced at $0.48 each, with proceeds designated for ongoing exploration at Doubleview’s wholly-owned projects in British Columbia, the polymetallic Hat project and the copper-silver-gold Red Spring project.
This work includes drilling, geological consulting, and other exploration activities.
As part of the transaction, Doubleview will pay $100,000 in finder’s fees and issue 256,935 finder’s shares at $0.39.
