The ASX closed 0.75% lower on November 12, finishing at 8,193.4 points. Over the past five days, the index showed little movement but remains 2.28% below its 52-week high.
Paladin Energy Ltd (ASX:PDN) led gains, rising 8.5% to $7.47 after a significant drop of 28.9% yesterday.
This previous decline followed Paladin’s announcement of production forecast cuts for its Langer Heinrich mine in Namibia, marking a seven-year valuation low.
Among today’s decliners, Life360 Inc. (ASX:360) fell 7.44% to $22.39. Despite this, Life360 reported third-quarter results with monthly active users reaching 76.9 million and an 18% year-over-year revenue increase to $92.9 million.
For the sectors, 10 declined with Utilities the only one in positive territory, advancing 0.58%. Financials and Industrials were the day’s poorest performers, each down over 1%.
Among the small caps Magnetite Mines Ltd (ASX:MGT) gained 20.85% today to hit $0.145, Jindalee Lithium Ltd (ASX:JLL, OTCQX:JNDAF) was as much as 17.81% higher to $0.43 and International Graphite Ltd (ASX:IG6) reached $0.075, which was an increase of 8.7% on yesterday's close.
Other gains were made by Reward Minerals Ltd (ASX:RWD), up by as much as 8.24% to $0.092, Piedmont Lithium (ASX:PLL, OTC:PLLTL) benefited from a positive quarterly, rising 8.11% to $0.20, Element 25 Ltd (ASX:E25, OTCQX:ELMTF) hit an intra-day high of $0.275, a lift of 7.85%, Ora Banda Mining Ltd (ASX:OBM) was as much as 6.76% higher to $0.79 and Predictive Discovery Ltd (ASX:PDI, OTC:PDIYF) increased by 5.1% to $0.2575
