Applied Graphite Technologies Corporation (TSX-V:AGT) has appointed Robert Scott as its new CFO.
A seasoned finance executive, Scott holds CPA, CA, and CFA designations and has held senior roles across the mineral exploration and development space. His background includes successfully raising over $200 million in equity financing and overseeing IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, reverse takeovers, and corporate restructuring initiatives.
Scott’s recent roles with TSX Venture-listed companies include executive and board positions with Great Bear Resources (TSX-V:GBR) Ltd, ValOre Metals (TSX-V:VO) Corp., Riverside Resources Inc. (TSX-V:RRI, OTCQB:RVSDF), Capitan Silver Corp., and First Helium Inc.
