Empyrean Energy PLC (AIM:EME) said it has conditionally raised gross proceeds of approximately £59,399 through a Retail Offer with direct subscriptions for a further amount of £75,268 on the same terms.
Added to a placing and subscription, the company said it had raised gross proceeds of approximately £1.255 million.
