Doubleview Gold Corp (TSX-V:DBG, OTCQB:DBLVF) said it has raised a total of $1.87 million from a non-brokered private placement to continue exploration work at its Hat polymetallic project in northwestern British Columbia.
Drilling is still ongoing at Hat, with the proceeds from the funding also to be used for geological advisory and analytical services as well as other exploration development work and general working capital purposes.
The final tranche of the placement has been completed, the company said, which raised gross proceeds of $39,830 of non-flow-through funds.
In September the company said it was looking to raise up to $4 million from the issue of flow-through units priced at $0.55 each, include one common share and half a warrant to purchase a common share at $0.65 for 24 months; and non-flow-through units priced at $0.38 each, consisting of one common share and one warrant to purchase of a common share at $0.48 for six months or $0.55 for an additional 18 months.
Under this private placement, Doubleview is issuing a total of 1,911,364 flow-through units and 2,162,763 non-flow-through units.
The company also announced a new non-brokered private placement of flow-through shares at a price of $0.48 for gross proceeds of up to $4 million.
