Faron Pharmaceuticals reveals make-up of its Shareholders' Nomination Board

Faron Pharmaceuticals Limited (AIM:FARN) has revealed the composition of its Shareholders' Nomination Board, appointed by its five largest shareholders. It includes Timo Syrjälä (Chair), representing himself; Erkka Kohonen for Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company; and Joonas Haakana for UMO Capital. Additionally, Tuomo Pätsi, the company's chair, will participate as an expert but not as a member. The Nomination Board is responsible for making recommendations to the annual meeting on board composition, size, and remuneration.
