Ecora Resources PLC (LSE:ECOR, TSX:ECOR, OTCQX:ECRAF) has received approval from the Financial Conduct Authority to transfer its listing category from the Equity Shares (Transition) category of the Official List to the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) category.
The transfer is expected to take effect at 8.00 am 30 October 2024.
