Medicus Pharma (TSX-V:MDCX) announced that it has completed a consolidation of its shares ahead of its anticipated listing on a US national securities exchange.
The company said it expects its consolidated shares, consolidated on a 2-to-1 basis, to commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange later on Monday under its existing ticker symbol ‘MDCX.’
The consolidation was approved by Medicus Pharma (TSX-V:MDCX) shareholders on June 25, 2024, and its board of directors on October 15, 2024.
The move reduced the number of outstanding shares to approximately 10,846,780 from 21,693,560.
