Europa Metals Ltd (AIM:EUZ, JSE:EUZ) said it is continuing to work through the details of its proposed transaction with Viridian Metals Ireland and its 100%-owned Tynagh brownfield polymetallic project.
The parties are continuing to work through the conditions precedent to the Proposed Transaction as well as the company finalising terms for the near-term funding for work on the Proposed Transaction, Europa added.
