Digitalbox PLC (AIM:DBOX) has appointed Claire Blunt as an independent non-executive director, effective immediately.
Claire will assume responsibilities as chair of the remuneration committee and join both the audit and nomination committees.
Blunt’s experience in digital operations and the public limited company sector includes senior roles such as chief operating officer at Future and chief advertising officer and CEO, International at The Guardian Media Group.
The firm said it also plans to appoint Graham Bryce as a non-executive director, subject to due diligence and sign-off. Bryce was selected by key shareholders Downing Strategic Micro-Cap Investment Trust and Storia Credit.
He was formerly chief operations officer at Bauer Media Audio UK and is currently non-executive chair of Stream Marine Group.
