Sales of Heineken N.V. (EURONEXT:HEIA)’s non-alcoholic beer and cider range surged 11% in the third quarter, comfortably outstripping the 0.7% in organic volumes across the wider beer category.
Total revenue for the Dutch brewing giant came to €9.07 billion in the period, bringing its year-to-date total to €26.9 billion.
Heineken’s premium beer brands, which include the Heineken brand itself, also saw a strong performance, with volumes rising 4.5%
Chairman Dolf van den Brink said: “Our business continues to deliver in line with our plan in aggregate, despite some markets navigating challenging consumer and industry trends”.
Heineken confirmed its 2024 full-year expectations, projecting operating profit organic growth in the range of 4% to 8%.
