Baru Gold Corp. (TSX-V:BARU) has completed the second and final tranche of its private placement, raising $56,210 and issuing 3,747,333 units, bringing the total raised to $109,209.95 with 7,280,663 units issued.
Each unit includes one common share and one non-transferable warrant exercisable at $0.05 for two years.
The funds will be used for working capital and pre-production expenses. No fees were paid to non-arm's-length parties or investor relations providers.
