Lancaster Resources provides update on gold, uranium and lithium projects

Lancaster Resources Inc (CSE:LCR, OTCQB:LANRF) has provided an update on its portfolio of gold, uranium, and lithium projects.

The company holds a 100% interest in the Piney Lake Gold Property in Saskatchewan, situated approximately 65 km east of La Ronge Provincial Park.

The property is surrounded by the gold claims of SGO/SSR Mining and is easily accessible by provincial highways.

Noteworthy historical geochemical sampling has identified significant gold showings along a north-south trend, including 7.55 grams per ton (g/t) gold (Au) found 375 meters north of the property and a high-grade concentration of 41.35g/t Au approximately 4.1 kilometers north.

Lancaster also holds 100% of the Catley Lake and Centennial East uranium properties, located in Saskatchewan near Cameco’s Centennial deposit, which has reported concentrations of up to 8.78% uranium over 33.9 meters and 25.6% over 0.5 meters.

Lancaster’s exploration plans for these properties include detailed surface outcrop mapping, using hyperspectral data to detect signs of subsurface uranium mineralization. High-resolution optical imagery will also be used for further analysis and mapping.

Lancaster holds the rights to acquire 100% of the Alkali Flat lithium brine project in New Mexico, targeting a closed-basin brine deposit.

The company has received drilling approval for Phase 1 but must first secure financial assurances, and it is exploring joint venture opportunities to cover future exploration costs, including lithium extraction technologies.

The Trans-Taiga project, located in Quebec’s James Bay lithium district, is near major lithium discoveries such as Patriot Metals’ Corvette property.

While nearby properties have yielded significant results, Lancaster has not yet confirmed similar mineralization on its own claims and is in the early stages of exploration.

The company said it continues to review gold and critical mineral projects for acquisition.

It is offering a non-brokered private placement with the goal of raising up to $200,000.

Units are priced at $0.02, each consisting of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at $0.05 for a period of three years.

Additionally, Lancaster has downgraded from the OTCQB to the OTC Pinks in the US to reduce compliance costs, while continuing to trade under the symbol "LANRF."
