Chesapeake Financial Shares Inc. (OTCQX:CPKF) subsidiary Chesapeake Bank has announced the appointment of Ron Andrews to its board of directors.
Andrews brings more than 37 years of experience in banking operations across the United States and the United Kingdom, having played a key role in building and leading banking businesses.
He has been involved with Chesapeake Bank since 2016, serving on its Technology Advisory Board.
Andrews’ career includes significant roles at Signet Bank/Capital One, where he was instrumental in launching fraud prevention operations and establishing Capital One’s first international campus in England.
He later joined Citibank, overseeing Global Fraud Operations for the Consumer and Small Business Banks.
Currently, Andrews serves as an Executive Partner at the Mason School of Business at the College of William and Mary, and he is active on several local committees.
