Technology Minerals PLC (LSE:TM1) has announced a new agreement with the Ministry of Defence (MOD) for its innovative battery storage solution, LiBox.
The delivery of of LiBox storage units was done through its 48.35%-owned battery recycling business, Recyclus Group.
These boxes are designed for the safe storage and transportation of lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries, commonly used in devices like smartphones, laptops, and electric vehicles.
The LiBox units meet the highest global safety standards and are UN-certified for the transport of hazardous goods.
With a 20kWh power rating, the LiBox ensures that Li-ion batteries are stored and transported without the risk of fires or other dangerous incidents, protecting both people and the environment.
