Lithium Australia proposes name change to Livium

Lithium Australia Ltd (ASX:LIT, OTC:LMMFF) managing director and CEO Simon Linge sits down with Proactive’s Tylah Tully to discuss the company’s upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) and give investors an update.

Lithium Australia released its quarterly results which demonstrated strong progress. It continued to scale up its battery recycling business reporting $1.7 million in profit.

Linge also ran through the agenda for its AGM that will take place at 3:00 pm (AWST) on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at The Park Business Centre, West Perth, Western Australia.

A key resolution to be discussed is the proposal to change the company's name to Livium. He said the proposed name change reflected the company's evolving focus and potential shift in strategic direction.
