Doubleview unveils strong copper and gold intercepts from initial 2024 drilling at Hat project

Doubleview Gold Corp (TSX-V:DBG, OTCQB:DBLVF) has announced the first drill results of its 2024 drilling campaign at the Hat polymetallic project in British Columbia.

Highlights included a 62-meter section grading 1.12% copper, 0.79 grams per ton (g/t) gold, 173 g/t cobalt, and 23.9 g/t scandium, with an overall copper equivalent (CuEq) of 1.81%, excluding scandium.

Another notable interval from the same hole returned 154 meters grading 0.66% copper, 0.46 g/t gold, 112 g/t cobalt, 0.96 g/t silver, and 24 g/t scandium, equal to a CuEq of 1.07%.

Within this, a smaller, high-grade section of 2 meters returned 5% copper, 2.96 g/t gold, 511 g/t cobalt, and 5.03 g/t silver, with 7.48% CuEq.

Other intercepts included a 109-meter stretch grading 0.29% copper, 0.21 g/t gold, 83 g/t cobalt, 0.47 g/t silver, and 29.6 g/t scandium, yielding a 0.5% CuEq.

Another hole intercepted 128 meters of mineralization at 0.18% copper, 0.14 g/t gold, 82 g/t cobalt, and 0.29 g/t silver, resulting in a CuEq of 0.33%.

Drilling was aimed at untested areas within the Lisle Zone, designed to enhance the company’s existing mineral resource model.

The new data confirms the continuity of mineralization while adding confidence to the upcoming updated resource estimate for the Hat deposit.

“The objectives of the 2024 drilling program are to enhance the data intensity where it is warranted, identify additional near surface copper and gold mineralization, and increase the tonnage and volume of the Hat deposit,” Doubleview CEO Farshad Shirvani said.

“We are pleased to see the years of work on the Hat project come to fruition, particularly to see the continuation of long intervals of strong copper mineralization.”
