Clean Power Hydrogen PLC (AIM:CPH2) told investors it has renewed contract terms with its existing customers Northern Ireland Water and Fabrum Solutions Limited, for the supply of its 1MW Membrane-Free Electrolyser (MFE220).
Northern Ireland Water will deploy one MFE220 unit in Belfast, Ireland, while Fabrum Solutions will receive two units for deployment in New Zealand.
"I am delighted by the recommitment of our existing customers under renewed contract terms, demonstrating a strong underlying confidence in our MFE technology,” chief executive Jon Duffy said in a statement.
“As we move into the commercialisation phase, the continued interest from our customers supports our commitment to advancing the next phase of growth to deliver a robust, industry-ready commercial product for the hydrogen industry."
The UK company, which developed the membrane-free electrolyser, said the completion dates for the contracts have been extended to 2025.
It follows the successful Factory Acceptance Test of CPH2’s MFE110 model, which confirmed customer acceptance and validated the scalability of the ‘IP protected’ electrolyser technology.
CPH2 is now entering a new commercial phase, with the expectation of generating its first revenues in 2025 through these projects.
