Powerhouse Energy Group PLC (AIM:PHE) has confirmed the full grant of its European Patent for a "Method and Apparatus for the Treatment of Waste Material," effective from October 11.
The protection covers technology that optimises the conversion of non-recyclable waste into low-carbon energy by adjusting the temperature in the Thermal Conversion Chamber to produce the best possible synthesis gas.
In the update, the company said it was in discussions with several clients across industries looking to reduce reliance on fossil fuels.
