Argo Blockchain PLC (LSE:ARB, OTCQX:ARBKF, NASDAQ:ARBK) has announced the dismissal of the class action lawsuit, Murphy vs. Argo Blockchain, which was filed in January 2023 in New York.
The case, later transferred to the Southern District of New York in August 2023, was dismissed in October 2024 without prejudice and without leave to amend.
"The company has always maintained that the allegations were without merit and is grateful for the resolution,” Argo said in a statement.
