Ethernity Networks Ltd (AIM:ENET, OTCQB:ENETF) has announced a change in its executive team, with chief financial officer (CFO) and board member Ayala Deutsch stepping down with immediate effect.
Tomer Assis will take up the role. He is an experienced finance professional with experience in both start-ups and public companies and will initially serve in a non-board capacity.
"I would like to sincerely thank Ayala for her dedication and valuable contributions over the past five years,” chief executive David Levi said.
“I especially appreciate her willingness to take on the CFO role a year ago during a challenging period for the company. I wish Ayala all the best in her future endeavours.
“I am also delighted to welcome Tomer to Ethernity. He joins at an exciting juncture for the business."
