Digitalbox says it is reviewing requisition letter

Digitalbox PLC (AIM:DBOX), owner of Entertainment Daily and The Tab, has received a letter from Northern Trust Global Services, on behalf of Downing Strategic Micro-Cap Investment Trust, which holds 19.5% of the company’s shares. The letter, 8 October 8, asks that the board call a general meeting for shareholders to vote on appointing Graham Bryce as a director. Digitalbox is currently reviewing the validity of the request and will provide an update soon.
