This resolution involves issuing common shares to BTG (LSE:BTG) Pactual Oil & Gas S.à r.l. for the amalgamation of Africa Oil Papa Corp. and BTG Pactual Holding S.à r.l.
Africa Oil's directors and largest shareholder will vote in favor at a special meeting on October 15, 2024.
Shareholders must submit their votes before the specified deadlines based on their exchange.
